I thank you for the documentation referring to the Hill of the BU in Toledo,  you have identified as entrance to the Cave of Hercules.

Having yourself spontaneously approached this Delegation, its Technicians, with Mr. Alfonso Caballero and Mr. Ramón Villa of the Department of Education and Culture, have informed me that they have already contacted you in order to explain you the situation of the protection granted to the Hill of the BU, as it is declared a site of Cultural Interest, which is the maximum protection which an archaeological site can obtain. In the same manner, any archaeological intervention in the zone shall have the corresponding authorization of the Department of Education and Culture accompanied by the corresponding project of action.

Notwithstanding, you can consult us about any questions which may arise about this and we will gladly attempt to reach a solution for them.
